Obituary of Jessica Sue Costelli-Huther

Please share a memory of Jessica to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Jessica Sue Costelli was born on March 2, 1987 in Toledo, Ohio to Bill and Rebecca (Miller) Costelli. She attended Erie Mason High School where she was a cheerleader and standout member of the swim team. Jessica was blessed with her daughter, Mariah, at a young age. She quickly rose to the occasion and made it her life’s work to take care of her home and family. After passing the rigorous scrutiny of her daughters, Jessica was joined in marriage to Joseph Huther on June 2, 2021 at the Fremont, Ohio Courthouse. The happiness Joe and her family felt that beautifully rainy day will forever linger in their hearts.

Jessica enjoyed looking her best and never left home without her hair done, sparkling eye makeup, and wearing her signature scent: “Love Spell”. She had a deep kinship with nature and loved butterflies, hummingbirds, and dolphins. Jessica yearned to be near the water whenever possible. As a young girl, she visited her grandparents in Florida where she would comb the beaches looking for shark teeth and dip her toes in the ocean. Jessica shared her love of water with her children, taking them to the beach in Port Clinton, Ohio and visiting waterparks.

Jessica was soft spoken and had a shy and calm disposition, but once she felt comfortable with someone her goofy personality was on full display. She loved to laugh and always had a smile which she shared in Snapchat and Facebook selfies. Jessica was her eldest daughter’s biggest supporter and continuously snapped pictures of her preforming at cheer meets. She loved all genres of music and was the designated deejay on every road trip. Jessica and her younger daughter often jammed out to their favorite artists: Mariah Carey and Miley Cyrus. A selfless person, Jessica would do anything for her children. She loved nothing more than a simple hug from her babies.

Jessica Sue Huther, age 34, of Fremont, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Sunday; February 13, 2022. Her passing was preceded by her maternal grandparents: Richard and Dixie Miller.
