Obituary of Lisa Diane Fulghum

Please share a memory of Lisa to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Lisa Diane Fulghum was born on September 27, 1987 in Bartow, Florida to Jeffrey Fulghum and Kelley Lambert.  She graduated from Monroe High School with the Class of 2007.   She was enrolled at Monroe Country Community College to begin in the fall.

Lisa had a very strong work ethic and began her employment at A&W restaurant at the young age of fifteen.   After fifteen years of dedicated service at A&W she took a job at the Chrysler Jeep Plant in Toledo, Ohio where she would remain for a year and half before beginning work in customer service at the Toledo Meijer store.

Riding down the road on her Harley Davidson Sportster brought Lisa a sense of freedom and excitement. Her family and fiancé were always following close behind. She also enjoyed shopping, especially for accessories, shoes, purses and Sunflower and butterfly home decor. A talented crafter, Lisa recently began using a Cricut machine to make t-shirts and banners and even created wedding invitations. She put together beautiful photo collages, capturing all the important moments in her family. Lisa enjoyed watching her beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team and would binge watch episodes of her favorite television shows: Sons of Anarchy, Lucifer and Bridgerton alongside her sister April and in-law, Ivy. She also enjoyed spending time with her niece, nephews, and step-son, whom she adored.   Although she was very straightforward with her opinions and never sugarcoated anything, the tough love she exhibited came from the kindest heart.   Always sure to be the center of attention, Lisa loved to make others laugh right alongside her.

Lisa Diane Fulghum, age 33, of Erie, Michigan passed away suddenly on Friday, May 21, 2021 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.   At her passing she provided life to others through her selfless donation to Gift of Life Michigan.   She was preceded by her maternal grandparents: Tim and Sandy Jordan, paternal grandfather: Walter William Fulghum, and infant brother: Arthur Lee Fulghum.

To cherish her memory, she leaves her fiancé: Kevin Haynes; step-son: Quinton Haynes; father: Jeff (Jenny) Fulghum; mother: Kelley (Lonnie) Lambert; paternal grandmother: Grace Fulghum; brothers: Chris (Ivy) Fulghum and Cody (Sarah) Fulghum, sister: April (Branden) Morrison, and niece and nephews: Sabastain, RoRie, Bourbon, and Gibson.
