Obituary of Beverly M. Bakos

Beverly Mae Bakos, age 76, of Dundee, passed away suddenly at her home on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. Bev was born in Dundee, Michigan May 6, 1939 the daughter of David and Helen (Bern) Radabaugh. She married Geza Bakos September 3, 1960 at St. John Lutheran Church in Dundee. She graduated from Dundee High School in 1957 and was baptized, confirmed, married all at St. John Lutheran Church. She was a person who loved people. She loved reading, taking care of animals, especially her cats. She was a supportive and accepting person and a wonderful mother. She gave generously to people in need. She was also a member of the Dundee Senior Citizens Center. She is survived by her husband Geza (Jess); son Matthew Bakos of Monroe; daughter Julye Bakos of Dundee; sisters Caroline Kirkland of Crossville, Tennessee and Katheryn Wall of Davison, Michigan; She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call Friday from 1 – 8 PM at the Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh Street in Dundee (734-529-3156) She will lie in state Saturday from 10 AM until 11 AM services, December 12, 2015 at St. Lutheran Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Jennifer Kiefer, pastor of the church. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
