Obituary of Janette Mae Reau

Janet (Janette) Mae Reau, age 84 of Adrian and formerly of Dundee died Monday , March 4, 2013 at the Provincial House Nursing Home in Adrian. She was born December 12, 1928 in Dundee the daughter of Harry and Sadie (Mead) Roscoe. She had worked for the phone company in Dundee as an operator many years ago and was a bartender at many various taverns in Dundee over the years. She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Harrison Chapter # 1804 for 25 years. She is survived by her sons Larry (Rita) Reau of Adrian, Gary (Jeanne) Reau of Adrian and Terry (Pat) Reau of Blissfield; 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her longtime friend and companion Emil (Pancho) Schwisow, her brother Bud Roscoe and sister Ruth Erdy. Friends may call on Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 10 AM until 2 PM funeral services at the Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh Street in Dundee (734-529-3156) Officiating will be Rev. Douglas Olsen, pastor of the Dundee United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Dundee. Memorials may be made to any charity of the donor’s choice.
