Obituary of Bruce E. Wyllis

Bruce E. Wyllis, 63 years of Maybee, MI, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2012 at The Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH. Born April 16, 1949 in Jackson, MI, Bruce was the son of the late Bruce J. and Catherine A. (Fall) Wyllis. Bruce was a 1967 graduate of Napoleon High School in Napoleon, MI. On January 4, 1996, Bruce married his beloved wife the former Valorie J. Clark in Las Vegas, NV. Bruce was employed as an electrician for Ford Motor Company for 35 years. He retired from the Saline plant in 2004. Bruce was a member of the American Legion Post in Dundee, MI and enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers. Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 16 years, Valorie, three loving daughters: Mary Jo (Scott) Miller of Onsted, MI, Angie (Tom) Duckham of Napoleon, MI and Stacy (Terry) Montague of Brooklyn, MI, a step son: Jason Costello of Livonia, MI, three siblings: John Wyllis, Kathleen (Scott) Matthews and Brenda (Wally) Tramel all of Napoleon, MI, seven cherished grandchildren and his father and mother in law: Lavern and Viola Clark of Dundee, MI. In addition to his parents, Bruce was preceded in death by a brother: Denny Wyllis. In keeping with Bruce’s wishes cremation has been held. There will be a memorial service in his honor at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the Dundee Veterans Memorial Building, Dunham at McBride Streets.
