Obituary of Rex DuVall

Please share a memory of Rex to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Rex Wayne DuVall was born in Monroe, Michigan on May 28, 1956. He was the son of Raymond DuVall and Shirley (McMullen) DuVall. Rex served his country honorably in the United States Army, earning a service medal for sharpshooting. He was strong and courageous; a hero to his family, not just his country. In 1994 Rex married the love of his life, the former Bonnie Pribyl. He supported his family for more than twenty years working in construction. Rex was an avid outdoorsman who appreciated his vacation time. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, fishing, boating, hunting, and turtle trapping. He could often be found camping on his boat with his family. Rex also liked dancing, cooking, and NASCAR. Rex was a loving husband, father, and son. He took excellent care of his mother, "Wirley", loving her very much. He and his baby brother Kenny had a wonderful relationship, even though Rex could be a bit bull-headed at times. Rex had just found out on Tuesday that he was to become a "Pipi". He thought of his dog Sparky as a son.
