Obituary of Kyle Villa

Kyle Philip Villa July 18, 1987 - August 22, 2012 Kyle Philip Villa was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 18, 1987 to Eric Villa and Michele (LaRue) Caudill Villa. Kyle was very devoted to his family and enjoyed being in their presence any chance he could. He loved his sisters and his brother dearly and never missed an opportunity to see them. Kyle was always the life of the party and he was always a very happy person. Kyle had a passion for music and listened to all varieties. He loved to be in the outdoors and enjoyed visiting Northern Michigan with friends and family. Kyle liked swimming and enjoyed visiting Lake Michigan. He also appreciated the serene, calming, and peaceful nature that the lake brought. Kyle Philip Villa, age 25, passed away unexpectedly at 3:17am on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Oakwood Annapolis Hospital. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Irene and Ben Villa and his maternal grandfather, Tom Harris. To cherish his memory, he leaves his mother: Michele Caudill (Steven Kelly) of Blissfield; his father: Eric (Melissa) Villa of Pleasant Ridge, Michigan; three half-sisters: Reegan Kelly of Blissfield, Erica (C.J.) Jorder of Texas, and Andrea Villa of Ohio; one half-brother: Ian Kelly of Blissfield; and maternal grandmother: Joan Harris of Lima, Ohio. Friends may gather from 12:00pm until 2:00pm on Sunday, August 26, 2012 at Merkle Funeral Service, 2442 North Monroe Street (734) 384-5185. A Celebration of His Life will take place at 2:00pm also at Merkle's with Rev. Sheryl Colter officiating. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
