Tina Imogene Stepp was born in Campbell County, Tennessee on June 5, 1940. Imogene worked for several local employers including Sears as a sales clerk, Laborer at La-Z-Boy, and performing clerical work for the credit union. Her life's work however, was that of being a foster mother for developmentally disabled adults. She held her license with the State of Michigan for more than thirty-two years taking care of God's precious children as if they were her own. Imogene loved going to church and was a longtime member of Monroe Missionary Baptist Church.
