Margaret Ann Elizabeth Cordts was born in Scofield, Michigan on December 29, 1945. She was the only daughter of six children born from the union of the late Amil Cordts and Marie (Heisler) Cordts. Margaret married Jack Carr and the couple had three children together. She later would marry Robert Morris. Margaret wasn't afraid of hard work. She spent more than twenty years performing housekeeping and cleaning tasks at the Green Meadows Golf Course. She loved to spend time with others. She enjoyed conversation and was a member of several local organizations including the Fraternal Order of Police, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and the Monroe Moose Lodge 884. She enjoyed time with no one more than that of her grandchildren. Margaret prided herself on keeping up with their lives. She enjoyed a good joke and she loved to laugh. In her free time she could be found playing games, yahtzee, and cards. One of her favorite pastimes was her Wednesday shopping trips with her daughter Tammy.
