Obituary of Lynette Braden

Please share a memory of Lynette to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Lynette Rose Braden was born in Monroe, Michigan on January 26, 1966. She was the youngest of four daughters born from the union of the late Dewey "Kyle" Braden and Rosemarie A. (Spain) Braden. Lynette attended Monroe Schools graduating high school with the Class of 1985. She loved her Lord and gave her life to Christ at a young age. Lynette enjoyed attending worship at Monroe Free Methodist Church where she was a member and singing hymns of praise. Lynette had a sweet disposition, a kind heart, and an exceptional memory. She was blessed with numerous nieces and nephews and cherished their company more than anything. Lynette never forgot a special date, she loved everyone; never having a cruel word to say, and everyone loved her just the same. She never asked for much and small trinkets always brought her joy. Being a "Winnie the Pooh" aficionado she collected all types of Pooh items. She also picked up pencils wherever she went and since she understood the value of a dollar, could constantly be counted on for couponing. Lynette Rose Braden age 50 of Monroe passed away at 5:10am, Thursday, January 28, 2016 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. She had been in declining health for several years and seriously ill since December. Her passing was preceded by her father in 2003. To cherish her memory she leaves her beloved mother: Rosemarie of Monroe; three sisters: Margie Braden, Janet Smith, and Phyllis Boudrie all of Monroe; three nephews: Jeremy (Lisa) Jennings of Monroe, Jon Jennings of Monroe, and Justin Boudrie of Clarkston; two nieces: Jenna (Darren) Summers of Jacksboro, Tennessee and Jennifer Boudrie of Clarkston; nine great nieces and nephews; and one great-great nephew with one on the way. Friends may gather from 2:00pm until 8:00pm on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Merkle Funeral Service, South Monroe; 14567 South Dixie Highway (734) 241-7070.
