Obituary of Margaret Brueshaber

Margaret May Brueshaber May 26, 1927 - September 12, 2015 Margaret May Brueshaber was born in Hicksville, Ohio on May 26, 1927. She was one of three children born from the union of the late Charles and the late Phyllis (Wright) Hartley. She attended Hicksville High School in Hicksville. Margaret married the love of her life, the late John Joseph Brueshaber on January 26, 1952 in Swanton, Ohio. They were blessed with one beautiful daughter. Margaret was the Associate Pastor to her husband and together they founded the Full Gospel Assembly in 1968. She lovingly cared for her family. Margaret was drawn to helping other people and was an avid reader. Her favorites included the Bible and gospel literature. She really enjoyed house entertaining and fellowship. Margaret also helped her husband John in the garden, canning and spending time with her daughter Peggy. She would do anything for anyone and all who were blessed to know her will miss her dearly. Margaret May Brueshaber, age 88 of Erie, passed away at 9:45am on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at her home. In addition to her parents and her husband, her passing was preceded by her sister: Betty Thabit; and her brother; Charles Hartley. To cherish her memory, Margaret leaves her daughter: Peggy (David) Kittle of Erie; Her brother-in-law: George Thabit; Chuck (Lori) Wallace of LaSalle and James Fredritz of Erie who were like sons to her; and Sheila Bush who was a close friend for 50 years. A private burial will take place on September 15, 2015 at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, 4100 W. Central Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43611.
