Obituary of Brenda Sue Schwisow
Brenda Sue Ennett was born at Beyer Hospital in Ypsilanti, Michigan on July 11, 1957. She was the daughter of Yvonne Ennett. Brenda attended Milan High School in Milan, Michigan graduating with the class of 1975.
Brenda, along with the love of her life, Michael “Butch” Stowell, were blessed with a son: Brandan. She cared for the needs of her family and was very proud of her son, spending most of her free time providing for his needs. For many years, Brenda worked as the office secretary for Stowell Oldsmobile in Dundee, Michigan. Sadly, on July 24, 1993, Butch passed away at the young age of forty-nine.
Brenda Sue Schwisow, age 66 of Dundee, passed away at Trinity Health in Ypsilanti, Michigan on Monday; December 11, 2023, at 12:53pm. Her passing was preceded by her partner: Michael “Butch” Stowell; her mother: Yvonne Ennett; and her maternal grandparents: Fred and Gerry Ennett
To cherish her memory, she leaves her beloved son: Brandan Stowell of Dundee, Michigan and two brothers: Chris (Cindy) Ennett of Milan, Michigan and Tom Ennett of Florida.
No public services are planned. A private burial will take place on Thursday; December 14, 2023, at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dundee, Michigan. Per Brenda’s request her earthly body was blessed and anointed according to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Ritual was afforded by Deacon Michael Stewart of St. Mary Parish Catholic Church in Monroe.
