Uncle I will miss you. You walked the walk. A true man of God and still all about family. Love you. This isn’t goodbye. I know Jesus is saying well done my good and faithful servant. Time to rest. Well done.
To the Overstreet family, we send our condolences during this time. May the lord provide comfort, protect and comfort you all. Alfred will surely be missed, and his absence will be noticed. Know what an honor as well a blessing it was to have had him for the time we did.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Pettress and family
Al has always been a very kind and humble person. I remember visiting Monroe with his sister Emily for his first service and got caught in a snow blizzard on our way home. I will always have fond memories of of him.
In memory of a dear friend indeed, our tennis days will always be a great memory of challenge and laughter, your humorous attitude will always bring a happy smile to my face. Such a blessing it was to share our ideas on adolescent children . You were one of the good guys around the Y.M.C.A. Rest peacfully my friend , taken way to soon “BROTHERMAN”
