Jerry Daniels

Obituary of Jerry Robert Daniels

Jerry Robert Daniels was born on July 26, 1963 in Monroe, Michigan. He was one of six children born from the union of the late Jerry Daniels and the late Zelberta (Stump) Daniels. Jerry was always a hard-working man, and he proudly supported his family as an operator engineer for many years.

Jerry was extremely loving and caring.   He had an inviting personality always happy and a pleasure to be around.   Jerry was quite selfless, often putting the needs of others ahead of his own.   He loved his grandchildren and cherished the time he spent with them “horsing around”.

Jerry enjoyed watching sports including his favorite teams the Detroit Lions and Detroit Tigers.   He collected sports cards and comic books.   Jerry enjoyed working on cars but his favorite thing to do was to care for his lawn.   He always made sure it was the best looking on the block.   He loved the outdoors and in his spare time he would go metal detecting, and also loved hunting and fishing.

Jerry Robert Daniels, age 55, of Newport, passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018. His passing is preceded by his parents:  Jerry and Zelberta Daniels.
