Please share a memory of Wanda to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Wanda Diane Clark was born on November 29, 1958, in Monroe, Michigan.   She was the daughter of Leonard and Alice (Orns) Clark.   As a young girl, her father lovingly gave her the nickname “Ducky”.   Wanda graduated from Monroe High School with the Class of 1977 and attended classes at Monroe County Community College.   She worked a variety of jobs including serving as a cook at the Stadium Club restaurant and as a Hall Monitor at Monroe High School. She loved laughing, joking, and interacting with the students.

Everyone enjoyed Wanda’s sense of humor and her ability to keep the peace by joking around with family members. Her nieces and nephews lovingly called her “Aunt Goofy”, and her granddaughter called her “GG” which is short for Goofy Grandma. Wanda loved gardening and took great pride in her yard and landscaping. In addition, she had an extensive collection of villages for the Christmas, Easter, and Halloween seasons. She also loved true crime novels and country music – especially Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn.
